[Job Description]

We are seeking a talented and experienced Interior Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for leading and supporting the design of high-end retail and hospitality spaces, including boutiques, hotels, and restaurants, primarily for luxury and prestige brands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute interior design concepts for retail and hospitality spaces

• Collaborate with global clients and project teams from concept to completion

• Produce detailed drawings and presentation materials using design software

• Ensure high standards of design and functionality aligned with brand identities

[Requirements]

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field

• At least 3 years of professional interior design experience

• Legal authorization to work in Japan (valid working visa required)

Skills & Competencies:

• Proficiency in Vectorworks or AutoCAD, Illustrator, and Photoshop

• Practical experience working in English (English usage approx. 25%)

• Basic conversational Japanese (or willingness to improve)

• Preferred: experience designing for luxury brands, hotels, or high-end commercial spaces

• Employment Type: Full-time

• Salary: ¥6,000,000 - ¥10,000,000 annually (fixed salary + performance-based bonus)

• Working Hours: 9:30 - 18:30 (flexible working hours available)

• Holidays: 125 days annually (includes weekends and national holidays)
