User-Facing Application Development
You will be primarily responsible for developing new features. For existing features, you will analyze user behavior and feedback, identify areas for improvement, and collaborate with the planning team to design and implement those improvements.

Internal Management Support Tool Development
You will develop applications with management functions related to the service. You will assess improvement requests from non-development departments and work with the planning team to design and implement the necessary changes.

Development Areas
You will oversee the full process of implementing features across both frontend and backend areas.

People Management
You will manage one-on-ones, goal setting, ensure psychological safety, and handle recruitment and development.

Desired Qualifications:

Essential

• Management or leadership experience

• Over 3 years of frontend development experience (with React, Vue.js, or Angular)

• Over 3 years of backend development experience

• Business-level Japanese proficiency

Desirable

• Knowledge and experience in databases

• Knowledge and experience in infrastructure

• Experience in leading or mentoring small teams

Work ：

　Office attendance: Recommended 2 days in the office, 3 days remote

　Work hours: Flextime system (Core hours: 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM)
